JR was arrested and charged with DUI after striking another vehicle. The problem was JR had a prior DUI supervision and was ineligible to get it again. JR was a teacher and would be fired if he was convicted. We were able to show the Prosecutor that he deserved another chance and were able to get the charge changed to reckless driving saving JR’s job and license.
